Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused
Items must be unopened (for food safety reasons)
Items must be in their original packaging
Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Opened food products
Used items
Products damaged by the customer
Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)

Our support team will arrange pickup or direct you to send the item back
Return shipping fees may apply unless the product is defective.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:
Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days
Refund method will match the original payment method (Visa/MasterCard or Cash)
Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer, wallet, or coupon balance.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective product
The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days, provided:
Item is unused and in original condition
The requested replacement is available in stock
