Delivery time depends on your location:
Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
Alexandria & Delta regions: 2–3 business days
Upper Egypt & other regions: 3–5 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:
Your location
Shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days only).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Unable to Deliver

If a delivery attempt fails due to:
Wrong address
No answer
Customer unavailability
